Even though they're not fully ripe, you can't help but eat a few. They're mouth-puckeringly tart, with an undercurrent of bitterness. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI've made some very sweet berry fragrances in the past (here's looking at you, Bergamot \u0026amp; Berries!), but I wanted to do something different this time. Bitterberry is a fruity-green fragrance, with sour, bitter, and earthy elements, and even a little bit of spice from a vintage-inspired gardenia accord - but basically no sweetness.
