I fell in love with makrut lime leaf as a material last year & wanted to showcase it in this perfume! (By the way, you may have heard of makrut lime leaf by another name. I recently learned of the name’s problematic origins; if you’d like to learn more, too, I recommend reading this.)

Makrut lime leaf is the start of the show here, and I’ve emphasized its natural citrus nature with green mandarin. Some peppery, slightly bitter neroli alongside resinous frankincense in the heart, and woody amyris underneath it all.
