With Honeyed Tea, I’ve combined an astringent black tea accord with green tea extract, which is quite floral and grassy. The result is fairly bitter, but it’s been gently sweetened with a honey accord. In the background are pillowy piles of apple blossoms, a fantasy note I made by combining a soft white floral accord with apple isolates.

*One of the ingredients used is Honey Provence Firabs, which is not vegan, as it contains beeswax, honeycomb, and honey.
